As a licensed mental health counselor at our small counseling practice, you will benefit from our strong community partnerships and networking opportunities that provide referrals and options to offer sliding scale rates to your clients. CrossPath is reminiscent of a private group practice, and we coordinate with the City of Sammamish and school guidance counselors at Sammamish schools and collaborate with both Sammamish community mental health agencies.

Job Requirements

• Washington Mental Health Counselor license, such as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.
  OR
  
• Washington Associate license in counseling, such as LCSWA or LMCHA

Ideal Candidate

• Wants to see a minimum of 18 clients a week
• Works with children, adolescents, and/or young adults
• Desires the private office work experience without the hassle of running one
• Is interested in focusing on the client with little to no required meetings and business duties
• Can do most sessions in person (option for remote work as well)
